Damn Good Coffee Company

This roast is a single-origin from Las Segovias in northern Nicaragua. Grown in the cooperative PRODECOOP known for their quality, and their sole focus on organic and Fair Trade coffees. It’s a fully washed bean sun-dried on raised beds. It has a smooth mouthfeel, with classic notes  of chocolate and  nuts, and a sweet after taste of caramel. It’s a dark roast with medium body, and almost no acidity.
